We came in on a B1 working for a UK company while training and then were able to adjust status to H1B after a job offer and were legally entitled to stay up to 180 days while the change of status...

Hello - we were able to change from B2 to H1 last year - we applied for change of status which allowed us to stay in the country for up to 180 days while it was being processed - I think in total it...

I've noticed that Capital One do a good deal ie only $99 secured fee and credit up to $500 and the annual fee is only $39. The catch? - unfortunately they want only US citizens or permanent...
