Ok

I think the best option for us is for her to come out visit me for a few weeks and then return to the uk until her own LMO is granted this way we are not doing anything illegal anything dodgy...

Yes this is the case, we are flying out in the next couple of weeks and apparently once the flight is less than 4 weeks you cant cancel/adjust it.

We are now thinking if we buy a single ticket...

Im now thinking maybe just buy another Single ticket back to the uk and then once she has obtained her own LMO then cancel the single back home and get a refund? this would be less complicated a bit...

Another thing would the immigration officer then ask for proof to show she has a visa to enter america?!

Yes I've got a work permit i am good to go, but my job doesnt come under the "List" Hence her trying to get her own LMO which we thought she had but at the last minute its been taken away!! so now...

Yeah i see what your saying! It would only be a short trip so maybe kennels would be a better option! The BA flight is £430 each way.. I have seen a AT flight at £350 Plus the £180 for the dog so...

Just rung up Air Transat you right they do take dogs! The only problem we face is they dont fly them back home? As we're probably gonna be coming home for xmas The plan was to Book a Return ticket...

THis is with BA the reason im using them is due to Air transat wont take pets on their planes anymore its either air canada or BA .
Now im thinking what if i was to book a retun date like 7 months...
