I moved out to calgary at Xmas and we were moving into shard accommodation and I got rid of nearly everything apart from photos etc, which my sister in law...

Yes I am in Canada, assuming we take all our paperwork, our kids, hubby and all his valid permits we will be issued them when we drive back into Canada.

We only have a bmo interac account so deposits it was. $200 to direct energy for gas and $425 for enmax, which is payable over 3 mths.
On month 13 we get the deposits back, we'd have had to do it...

I could only find my bloodpressure medication on that pharmacy site. My oral contraceptives and asthma inhalers must have different names over here.
I'll have to have a google day.

It's the same here in Calgary, I've just been looking. And with my plan I pay 20% perscription fees and it says a max of $8 for dispensing.
I'm right in thinking children are free?!

Aww thanks so much guys, our policy states no more than $8 dispensing fee.
I hate needing so much medication.

So do all different doctors charge a different fee then if I didn't get Alberta...

Hi, I didn't mean all drugs cost the same, I ment there is a flat perscription fee :)

Our plan does include pharmacy claiming the fees thankfully, can u tell me if all medications have a different...

Today I've received my health card from my husbands medical plan, this covers 80% of prescription charges and 80% dispensing fees.

Is like to know do perscritption drugs all cost the same? And...

My husband has medical cover with his job, I'm yet to go for a SIN number, I've only been here 6 weeks.

Can anyone help with this.

Obviously in the UK we have NHS numbers to registar with a gp.
How do you go about registaring with a gp in Calgary?
Do I pay a fee to see a gp,and pay for medication...
