Congratulations! I'm not sure if anyone answered your question about how long it takes to get citizenship but I thought I would....it takes 5 years (2 conditional + 3 premanent).

I read that the AOS form I-485 costs $315 to submit plus a biomentrics (fingerprinting fee) of $70. If my hubby went for a biometrics (fingerprinting) for his EAD already does he still need to do it...

Did the RMV say you could drive w/out a license for up to a year or no? I read the website and looks like everyone needs a SS# to get a license but...
