Since many of the desert camps in KSA do not have sufficient grazing for livestock, I've seen large trucks delivering fodder to these desert camps. I presume that the livestock and grazing situation...

It seemed unusual but I think the recruiter's rationale is to screen the referees/ references to determine if the candidate is a fraud or charlatan. Present company excepted of course :p
