After you have submitted your application. You can come back and add more documents to your application.

But no need to worry too much about those, the case officer will email you if they need...

No reason. If you think you're elligible base on the citizenship instruction then just apply for it. Dont know why you think they're gonna ask you for reason of applying early. It does not state...

It's just a piece of info which always comes with the visa, not to worry about, as long as you've made the first entry before that date then your visa is valid.

You have the right to apply for an 5 yrs RV as long as you spent 2 year in Aus for the last 5 yr. With the current law, as long as you satisfy the requirement, it might go on forever. But it's hard...
