Confirmed EOI 189 Processing Time

Hi Everyone,

I have been granted 189 today, it took 26 days since my lodgement. A friend of mine had the same thing a week ago, and took him 24 days. so I am expecting 25 days or so as normal...

Anyone from first round (Aug) EOI has got its visa??

so the earliest you can submit your application is early Sep, and it is already 1 month. i submitted mid sep, still processing. just wondering.

Thanks. But if i just hold this but continue to live in the UK, am I still subject to the 3 month window of changing driving license?

Yes, agreed. it is just during EOI, the docs have already been processed once, it seems inefficient to spend long time on the second round of processing.

I have got the invitation for 189, a bit lucky. Given this round is only 100 people, the processing time should be short. will see.

can anyone suggest the processing time for successful EOI invitee?

For example, it used to take 12 months for sc189. SkillSelect says it will be more responsive with EOI, but how...
