I have heard that the 14575 innovation project by amlife has been denied by the uscis. Anyone here has more information on this project?

The agreement says that they will return money if the I 526 is rejected. They keep the money invested if the i526 is approved and 829 is rejected. Have you read the agreement? Also are ypu an...

So they are only still processing applications from april 2012. Which means they are 1 year behind. So potentially any approval could take about 12 to 24 months. Thats a long time.
