Hi eb5s,

I heard about that as well.
Totally, I agree with you about I-829 approval is more important.

About updated Riverside information by Henry, all warehouse would be occupied from Jan, so the capital gain would be increased.

I'm still searching about loan based and partnership ones, since I was told that I'm able to transfer other Amlife projects.

You need to make three bona fide posts, then you can send and receive PMs.

I have heard that the 14575 innovation project by amlife has been denied by the uscis. Anyone here has more information on this project?

We were thinking of going down the EB5 route. I used to read all the forums about it. Decided not too because of the uncertainty. My opinion is the EB5 forums are full of posters with a vested interest, it's such a lucrative money spinner for them, a scammers delight

I beg to disagree, at least in regards to my experience here in BritishExpats. I've found many folks here who are bona fide EB-5 investors, and whose posts and PMs helped (and are helping) me a lot. Of course there is one or two with vested interests, but for me it was pretty easy to tell them from the others. One must always be careful not to throw the baby out with the bathwater...

For me, BE is being an invaluable resource; YMMV, of course.

This isn't an EB-5 forum... it's an EB-5 thread. There's a difference!

I see your point. So the OP must be referring to some other forum(s)... perhaps s/he would care to clarify?
