We (me, hubby and 10 mth old) leave UK on 24th and arrive in CHC on 26th. Returning 'home' after 15 years away and worrying that we won't settle back in easily.

Reclaiming road tax when shipping car

We are bringing our car from UK to NZ in September. The shipping company will pick the car up and drive it to the port. Does anyone know how I can reclaim the unused road tax?
