Did you mean spring? if so that might be too late, the trees are dug up in winter when out of leaf, so that there is less stress for the plant.

The effect is absolutely minimal, the only benefit gained is by the bus company, running a shuttle and a few tours.

Just in case you didn't know, we now have electricity and flush toilets:eek:

Disagree.

I am still having to pay U.K. taxes, with little or no benefits from paying those taxes.

So if a winter fuel allowance is paid into my bank, so be it. I'm not rejecting it.
