Processing times as mentioned by CIC on its web page tells us more specifically about the PAST PERFORMANCE.

But in case CIC gives Number of applications received each year and Yearwise Pending...

Yes these guys are trying to misinterpret a drop in application number to their own agenda.

I am interested in Yearwise actual number of applicants from Delhi India.
