There's a lot to be said for being honest with yourself, I can imagine you went through a few hoops to get to where you are...so to make this decision...

Seriously even after 4 years? To be honest ... I'm convincing myself that I'll be ok in a GTA winter...but if I'm honest, I'm not sure at all how I'll cope with 3-4 months of relentless grey sky,...

Browsing on mls.ca (as you do) ... I've found some AMAZING (:eek:) houses (huge lots, big back yards etc) in and around Kitchener which would cost well into the million+ mark closer to Toronto.

From doing some more research on this forum ..it sounds like Ajax/Pickering are the places to consider seriously .... and learn to fall soundly asleep on the GO trains ...
