I agree and thats what Ive asked in my first post - if I knew I was getting and extra 20% on top of base salary Id be happy but nobody is really telling me what average to expect on top of my base...

I have a friend who has relocated using a 457 and gained PR sponsored quickly. Whilst I agree a 457 isnt great it is our way out to Oz in a timely manner which is what we need! Otherwise we shall...

Hi Margaret,

The pay you mention at $35 per hour is that basic and then shift allowance on top.

I am waiting to hear back from them regarding salary.

How much do you pay in tax percentage...

Yes it is but we are looking for a quicker route out to Oz with less costs initially such as 457, with a view to applying for alternative visa if we like it.
