I landed at Rainbow Bridge 2 weeks ago... I got an administrative refusal at the U.S. Border and got my PR all within 30 minutes :)

I UPS'ed it from Toronto to London. I received the COPR (4 days ago) exactly 5 weeks after UPS delivered the photos in London.
