Application has been in process since Jan 2013 with London so its likely that an LMO & TWP will be the route we need to follow.

yes that is correct, I am the principle applicant with the family listed as dependants.

Yes I have nomination approval and received a letter of support for my extended TWP. My daughter is not expecting to take up the offer of employment until September 2014 by which time I would hope...

Yes thanks thats the same page that I have viewed, just seems strange that there is only one person (who also acts as a GP) and you only have 60 days in which to have the Medical & have returned back...

My reason for going over now & returning is that it gives me the piece of mind that I can submit my notice with the knowledge that I have the TWP.

Thanks for that Former Lancastrian ......we are both uk citizens, the contract is permanent and the intention is to apply for PR once we are over in June & I have commenced my employment.

My situation is that I need to give my uk employer 12 weeks notice to leave my position, in order to avoid applying via London for my TWP and having to wait 8 -12 wks it is my intention...
