Coastal residences in Manila is a little complicated. Why not try Subic Bay instead? ;) Just joking. Just make sure to stay away from pollution-thick coastal areas and you'll be fine.

I've been to HK for trips over the years. I stayed in Happy Valley and I really like it. I like elevated residence areas and living in HV gives a great view of the city and the Horseshoe track below...
