Well, that's pleasantly surprising .. and a lot easier than I was expecting !

Through this process I have got used to writing cheques for everything and filling in lots of forms !

Thanks guys.. it would appear the attorney has handed us off to a lowly paralegal who is getting confused between consular processing and adjustment of status - not ideal when we've paid them a lot...

Well that doesn't sound good... I hope the that the attorney hasn't been in some kind of autopilot mode and is conducting our case as though we are in the USA.. and we're not.. we're here in the UK !...

Passport renewal - but in the UK before USA Move

I have been approved on my I140 petition on route to an EB1 visa. The paperwork is about to go off to the Dept’ Of State and hopefully in not too long we should have our Embassy Interview...
