There was some hesitancy but once I explained my situation to them they were supportive and understanding. I was totally honest with them and explained how I ended up in the States over 22 years ago...

Its taken us just over a month to get an offer for our house which we have excepted now hoping the inspection goes well. We are not expecting any problems though.

We have excepted an offer on our house admittedly at this stage its still subject to inspection and the other legal mumbo jumbo. The inspection should not be a problem as the house is only 9 years...

According to the local rag they are improving slowly. They say the average time a house is on the market is between 3 & 4 months which is a lot better than a year ago when it was closer to 6 months...

Ok Ireceaved a letter yesterday with the date of my biometrics appointment, which is on wed 15th Feb.
