N400 question

Hi all again.
So I am filling in the N400, and right at the end, it says "are you sure there is nothing you want to add to help your application.

Assuming I have filling in everything correctly...

I think the 10 years runs from when tyou obtain the 10 year green card from the 2 year conditional green cards, which would make the expiry correct.

Went through the USCIS site, and the only way I can find to do it is to fill it in, print and send it. The site takes you through the process, and generates a PDF to print and sign.

That's what I thought. So whatever way they go around it, he will have to go back at some point, and WAY safer to do it at the begining of the process, and in any case before the VWP runs out.
