Are you looking at Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support roles? They don't exist in the same way in Aus with someone in every classroom, although there are occasional posts for special needs.

I think it is to do with how quickly they want us out there, the 457 being quicker to process....at least that's my best guess as we are being guided by then.
