Ok... I think I'm getting this with the pension. But this brings me right back to do we even need to use assets. There is no shortfall in my income with the poverty level. I was just concerned...

Hi Jeff. Pension isn't income as husband isn't drawing it. But I have read on US Embassy London site that it can be included as an asset on I 864.

For income he is going to continue working for...

The main assets are our house, which depending on when we finally get an interview could be money in the bank (we are waiting for sale of house to close) and the husband's...

We sent in our DS forms on 13 August and hubby had medical 15th August and still no word on the interview...

Also sent an email using the coveted code on 4 September and still no reply to that...

We still haven't received ours and had medical same day. :( Emailed embassy yesterday after getting the coveted code. Hopefully will have some news soon as have jobs to get to!
