Its a very good offer for a finance guy coming from a non EU country... starting with 220k pa AED (salary+acc allowance) + other benefits...

DEWA.... hmm was expecting abt 1500 max in summer given only 3 ppl live in the property...

cheers for the response... JVT is closer commute to work, just wanted to check if there are any hidden...

with little luck in springs thinking of JVT - more space for pretty much the same amount of money..

I have read few horror stories around...

hi Gavin, I am in the same situ as you... relocated to Dxb a week back for work in media city... been looking at Springs all week and all the nice 2bed seem to fly out quickly leaving the run down...

depends on how much western experience you have, who you have worked for in the past... if all your work exper (10+ yrs) are in OZ, you should be looking at 40+ AED a month...
