Default About to rent in JVT - opinions pls

Hi All, Just moved here from work...

with little luck in springs thinking of JVT - more space for pretty much the same amount of money..

I have read few horror stories around DEWA/water/developer problems in JV south from couple of years ago and didn't find anything in the recent past... are these issues JVS specific or across all Nakheel developments including JVT?

does anyone live there or know anyone living there who can give some advice pls?

the plot i am looking at has recently been "handed over" to the investors and just got to the market, so who ever takes it would be the first tenant to move in...

thanks in advance!

We live in JVC and the villa are OK if you can live in a building site. Dewa is about 2k in summer and 1k in winter unless you have a massive garden.

Its up to you if you can put up with the lack of trees and or green.

DEWA.... hmm was expecting abt 1500 max in summer given only 3 ppl live in the property...

cheers for the response... JVT is closer commute to work, just wanted to check if there are any hidden surprises i need to foresee...

by the looks of things the place is OK, the location has its downsides due to on-going developments...

thnx!!
