I forgot to ask: although I have downloaded and completed forms DS-230 and 2001, I have not received a "checklist" from the IV unit, and don't see one to download anywhere.

OK, so back to the good news:

I got my case number today, via email from LondonConsular after chasing them via email last week.

My timeline so far has been:
Feb 3 filed I-130
June 1 notice of...

Point taken - but I wasn't expecting it to be a quick turnaround until USCIS indicated it would be sooner. In fact, I got a more recent email from them:

I emailed London and got a reply the same day, which was a little surprising, but great after such a wait for news. I've since tried following up with them re. the case number, but no joy so far.

Hi,

No, not an expedite as such, but I held a green card for many years, living in US with USC wife and our kids, so perhaps that helped it through. Still waiting for a case number though.

New to the Forum, but wanted to add that our I-130 was approved on June 1st, after a filing of Feb 3rd. We found out after emailing uscis.london on Monday, but have not received a case...
