Costs of buying ?

Hi, we are seriously looking at buying a property in Spain but we are confused about what costs we will have over and above the purchase price. Can anyone give js guidance ? Thanks !

I think Amazon have restrictions on countries they send to. We live in Ireland and whenever I want something from Amazon I have to have it sent to my daughter in the Uk so she can send it to me here...

Thanks for taking the time to do all of that Ged. One question, local taxes - waste bins etc you say are included in the water bills ?
