who are you flying over with, Air Canada are really helpful so are air transat.

All you have to do is make sure that the kennel is correct size, food and water bowl attached, fit to fly letter...

I missed off property tax, its around $1700 a year on a rateable value of $100,000 this is with a countryside rebate, main towns thin the taxes are close to $3000 a year
