Moving with young kids - how to ship extras

Emigrating to sweden with very young kids, but will have a container in storage for probably 2-3 months; how would you ship other stuff out for more immediate 'use' that wouldn't fit in suitcases? ...

Is there a council-tax equivalent (rates etc)?

Our food budget at the moment is ~£350 a month.

Unsure about employer health care as yet, so will budget for the upper...

We'd prefer to be in the suburbs (preferably a house), but may need to be fairly close to Laurel itself (not sure yet). Our main consideration is a safe family...
