Thanks james.mc, but would he have to apply for a new temporary resident visa for one week? He is a UK citizen so can enter without a visa we just are not sure if he can leave and re-enter Canada as...

Hi thousandtrees, thanks for getting back. Unfortunately I think you have to have been in the UK for 6 months previous to obtaining insurance cover. There are some companies who will cover this but...

Just checked again Josh...4 pages, none with barcodes?

I'm sure the barcode was on a seperate sheet which they don't appear to require,...

This was my son, he has done everything else except this! Payment has been sent too, so don't know what they will do about this. I have emailed IEC to ask the question, not sure how long it will take...

My son is in Canada just now on an IEC Visa from 2011. When he arrived I'm sure he didn't have to show proof of funds for a return flight. Will check with him and get back to you!
