Out of curiosity why would you want 2 passports for the baby? Im not sure if its the same but my mum is German, my dad was British, but as i was born after a certain year i could have a duel...

I kind of understand what your saying about the engineer( need a PEng to call yourself one), in the UK a fitter is classed as an engineer so what would the equivelent be in Canada. My qualifications...
