Siouxie, yes but how then does this have any bearing on an application to Canadian immigration, and will they recognize 'spent' UK convictions as being akin to Canadian pardons?

So if I know that my convictions are spent in the UK, and I have my ACPO and a letter from my solicitor confirming this, then I do not need to apply for "rehab" or even "for information only"?
