also, seeing as we have no rental history (we have always owned property in the uk) would it give us an advantage to pay 6 months rent upfront to get one up on the competition or does it not work...

thank you again newjersey! as it is going to take time for the container to arrive over there and therefore my OH's tools and equiptment for his trade, it makes more financial sense for me to come...
