Re: Anyone emigrated, then emigrated again?

As I said, provide something constructive to the OP. We're not in the playground. It's tedious dealing with you, I happen to disagree with a lot of the tripe that you post, but I don't hijack the...

Re: Anyone emigrated, then emigrated again?

Kiwilass,

I have also lived in BC. Frankly, your petty responses are tiresome. Come up with something constructive.

Re: Anyone emigrated, then emigrated again?

Honeybunny,

I have lived half my life in Canada & have been in Auckland for the past 21 months. I lived in Ontario & most recently, Quebec.

It seems to me you are looking for some validation on...

Re: The anti Englishness around NZ is becoming embarrassing

Lardyl,

you could start a new thread on how great the game(s) of fat thugs smashing each other up, throwing punches, rucking, biting ears, pulling balls and gouging eyes out is the best in the...

Re: The anti Englishness around NZ is becoming embarrassing

Well Matt, enlighten us all with why you posted that dribble in the first place?

I think you were very serious & just wanted to have another pop at a sport which you happen to not give a rats...

Re: The anti Englishness around NZ is becoming embarrassing

Barnsley Mat,

You're full of it. The stories that you come up with are nothing more than s*** stirring. What really bothers you is that its possible for a country to follow a sport other than...

Re: Rugby world cup

Lorraine,

If you don't have a TV, there will be a truckload of pubs in T.O, with the games on, but delayed. Any games with a 6-8pm (NZ) kick off, will mean 2-4am in Toronto. The only one's you may...

Dumbledore,

I have lived in 3 large Canadian cities & now reside in Akl, so I might be able to give you some guidance.

Pluses:
* COL for groceries, electrical, cars, gas.
* TTC- the metro....

Re: Is it really the differences?

Choco Cake,

Your comment 'Participation wise football (what's soccer?) probably rivals or even exceeds rugby participation for kids'.

The problem with soccer here in NZ is that the...

You could well find it insulting, I'm just telling you the stark reality of what I have found. It's a forum. I'm certainly not going to tell you what I don't think. You are well within...

Re: If New Zealand is so Rugby Mad....

Barnsley Mat, I dunno about rugby, here in NZ & 'losing interest'. What I can talk to, is the urgent need for soccer clubs such as the one I'm affilaited with, to address the exodus- & it really is...

Re: If New Zealand is so Rugby Mad....

Barnsley Mat,

Really- you've tried rugby? how many seasons did you play rugby to come up with such an informed commentary.

When they've figured out how to work out whether a goal has been...

Re: I have a migraine !!! Does anyone know where I can get Migraleve ?

As others have stated, if you are a genuine migraine sufferer, the 'ducks nut' in terms of medication, I have found, is Zomig- spray.....& finally an alternative to Imogran/trex. Of course, you will...

Re: Rugby Clubs

Agree with Pikey.

He just needs to ask around, it's certainly not anything like baseball or hockey in terms of popularity, but it won't be long before he meets a 'rugbyhead', then this whole new...

Joe Rose,

The Reference Library, one block north of Yonge & Bloor (on the east side), has newspapers from all over the world, normally no older than 4-7 days.
