Ok so what is the actual difference between 175/176..... other than 175 you are free to stay anywhere is Oz and 176 is sponsorship and you are restricted.

However both now require 65 points...

My wife (29) found out she is a Canadian Citizen (her mum was born there) anyway she applied and got her proof of citizenship card, we live in the Uk and never stepped foot in canada.

Yeah I have moved onto a more senior role and there is jobs for it is OZ but just cant secure a business sponsor and its not on the SOL list......thinking of taking a back step and returning...

Melbourne is not regional. You have to look at the postcode list to find what's regional.........the list states anywhere in VIC for family sponsor

I guess I am just hacked off as my training is still so fresh and my experience is not all that old plus I am still young and have a lot to offer.

See I dont view it as a reasonable requirement at all, I have worked in the role for 5 out of the last 10 years, trained by trade in it and you dont forget that stuff you learn, I only left to...

Yeah but I am young, fully trained and have 5 out of last 10 years experience......without sounding big headed I could do that job with my eyes closed and walk into that role in Australia you dont...

This is the question I am unsure about as from the below I have select zero recent experience and still passed.

My apprenticeship was with BT as a Field engineer 2001 - 2004 and continued to work...
