I was up in Dubai last weekend; flew up on the Wednesday afternoon from Muscat, eye test, new MacBook Air and business dinner that night, then NOC letter from Dubai knowledge village on Thursday...

Its not my intent to register it in Oman, I am a Dubai resident but (insha' allah) will be working for most of the rest of this year in Oman.

I am guessing that the vendor will know where the testing place is etc.

I am hoping to sort this on Thursday this week as there are a couple of cars that appear to be suitable.
