Firstly I'd agree that if your looking to be employed by a company, they may not like the fact you have no permanent visa. I didn't fortunately. I have many contacts and business friends here.

I applied the same route as you're planning.

It is more expensive at around $3000. I've an agent at $2500. but very happy with advice and help.

As for dentistry ..I do it myself!!DIY I'ts amazing what you can do with a few guitar picks and a tube of super glue!! Wish i'd have used white ones in hindsight! Most are OK but the two green ones...
