I truly believe the processing time has some to significant correlation with the risk in your application. I have already got my PR, and read a lot of other cases, this is my own inaccurate...

in fact I am unsure about the color scan thing.

obviously the acknowledge email for those earlier applicant contains the wording saying they accept color scan instead of certified copies.

they said an CO will be allocated in 3 months, and that health and police checks are valid for 12 months, I think there is adequate buffer even if anything unexpected happens

if you 175 application is lodged after 1st july 2010, you have to do the withdrawal after getting state sponsorship and...

cjdrum, thanks for the reminder.

I just want to keep things under control, I prefer paying the application fee to buy an insurance, in case i failed the SS, I can wait 3/4 months less.
