Yes definately agree, he works for a bank that works on UK hours..he starts at 4.30am and leaves at 1pm...and he actually loves it (strange I know!!). It takes him 45-50 mins to get to his office.

Yep, no brainer really isn't it. I work in Mississauga also, and my other half in Toronto (he is early start and finish so misses the peak time) so works out perfect for both of us.

It took my husband nearly 5 years to get a job, however I was fortunate to get one after 3 months..for us it was worth the wait - he now has a really good job,...

I live Caledon Village and work hwy 10/Matheson Blvd (2 mins north of Eglington) , travel hwy 10 to 410 to Hurontario...it takes me 45 mins at peak time door to door (I leave 7.10am)

My kids were 6 and 4 when we came to Canada, and they used to write letters, send photos and talk on phone. Now they use Facebook to share everything..and feel like they are not missing out on any...

I would definately say bring what you can over. We did, and my brother didn't...which he regrets as they started from scratch and needed everything from knives and forks to living room, bedroom...

True, I live in Caledon and it takes me much longer to get to Vaughan Mills than Toronto. It does however take 40-45 mins door to door to downtown Toronto now that the 410 extension in at Hwy 10...
