DIAC fee

A friend of mine is applying for DIAC from Pakistan. Now the question is" How to pay DIAC? If paying through bank draft should it be in Pakistani rupee or dollars? In who's name that draft should be?

A degree ? Either NZIS recognised or NZQA assessed.
Electrical Engineering(yet to be assess by NZQA)
