Ok we will be in Calgary next Monday and hubby is wondering what car we should buy?

We are moving to Calgary in 2 weeks :omg_smile:and hubby has rented us a house in Aspen Glen. Does anyone know if this area is nice? And also having two kids' 2 and 4, are there any good schools,...

Schools in the Aspen, AB, area

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on here for a while as we had A long wait until we got our moving date. We are moving to Calgary on the 11th April, which really isn't that long now.

Will do Calum, I am originally from Kinross so not far from Dundee at all. Let me know how your wife gets on, and i will let you know if hubby gets job and if he does when we are going.

Hi Calum,

Have you bene to Calgary before? We find out on the 15th if my husband has the job or not, so a bit to wait. If he gets it we will go Jan or Feb, hopefully find out exact date as well...

Thanks both of you for your advice. Is Wildwood a bad school? Obviously I am going to have to do some research before we pick somewhere to stay and all opinions are greatly appreciated.

oh also forgot to say we have another boy who is 2 in November. Are there any things for him to go to. Here in Scotland he would have 2's group, Playgroup, Nursery and then school?

Thanks everyone for the info. We are going to be moving to Calgary I think, (it isnt 100% yet!), i like the look of the Aspen Woods area. Hubby will be working downtown.
