I live in Harbord on the northern beaches. Lovely area, 5 mins from the beach. Lots of expats around - funny listening to the different accents on the bus in a morning...

Finally after 4 days we got to speak to someone with more than the single brain cell. Turns out that the pick up of meds was sub contracted by Fedex. This sub contract courier messed up the paperwork...

Thanks. It really is so frustrating because people seem to be completely incapable of doing their job properly.

Meds sent via Fedex last Wednesday, insured and sent with reputable company, so no problems right?? Wrong.

Given invalid booking reference, no tracking number and nobody able to tell us where...

I know what you mean. I've just had my meds requested after 10 months and now I'm thinking oh god it's really happening, I'll have to rent house, find cat a new home, leave my mum etc

My application date was mid Jan, acknowledged end Jan. Not heard a thing. Are you on the modl or should I be worried that my file is lost as I've not even had medicals requested yet!!
