Question We Need Immigration Advice

Hi, a new member here and one who is trying to start the process of emigrating to Australia.

We were looking at the mass of companies which are thrown up with a google search for migration experts when we thought we should ask people who have been through this process themselves.

Can any of you recommend companies based in the UK (close to London if possible) which specialise in and are good at immigration applications?

Cheers.

Hello welcome to the site. If you look on the Australia and New Zealand Immigration forum you'll find some agents that post on there and if you do a search for agents on this site it should bring up quite a few recommendations.

Good luck

before you look at migration agents, it might be an idea to let the boys and girls on the forum know what vias you are thinking about.

It might save you a lot of bucks if it's a type of visa that you can do yourself.
help in abundance on this site. can save thousands.

btw. welcome to the madhouse.

Good point - it appears we are entitled to the Skilled Independent Regional VISA.

The trouble appears to come with my age. I am 39, just about to turn 40, so I will loose points come my birthday next month. However, my wife is younger than I am and so we could apply through her.

You firstly need to ensure your selectde agent is MARA registered. The Mara registered agents are policed by a higher authority and offers you a certain amount of protection.

I am using Go Matilda, based in Winchester, not too far from London and come highly recommended.
DO a google search for them and see as you find..

Hello welcome to the site,
We used a company in Alton,Hants (not that far from London)
Migration Matters,Telephone 0870 7601124
Very professional,11 months from initial enquiry to visa in passport.
Which ever agent you use make sure they are (MARA)registered.
Good luck

If she's MODL go for it! SI is best option , if not SIR is the option in both cases, you and her.
