We have never paid nor been asked to pay the full amount of any job we have asked someone to do. We paid in stages after we saw the expense sheets and discussed necessary future purchases.

Yes that's the one.

It has been unusually warm her for longer and wet too. Ideal for ticks. This week's frost should slow them down.

Re ticks use Frontline or there are new proiucts out this year which need to be used only once a month. Can't remember the name of it but it works out cheaper.

Just a couple of things.
Expect your dog to have accidents with toilet issues. They can't be perfect all the time. Don't reprimand or shout, just quietly clean...

Just try to stay to the west of the Massif Centrale where winds and weather can funnel down valleys.
