The way we found our agent was via the australian government we site that had a list of approved (immi.gov.au I think it is). The agent is Richard Greegan (www.my-oe.com). He is holiding a seminar...

Bummer about the medical's, we went through an agent based in Edinburgh v. good service... Make sure you get the agent to pay for the next medicals if they asked you to go in the first place..
