Its a lot easier just putting a strong lime cordial in the tap water so you can't taste anything else....but filtered water for single malt is a must.

There are a few of companies in Penang who can do a very thorough water test. From memory one is Myco2 and another is Spectrum. Probably a few others as well.

Didn't see you at Straits Quay. Had a great RSYC Raja Muda series and coming into the last race equal second in class....before I parked on a coral reef in the last race for 5 hours. Not well pleased...
