well, finally after talking to tech support again, they called me back this afternoon and said it should be better. If this means "fixed" im not sure but thats my fault for not paying more attention...

Dial 1004. (1004 is a free phone number in Spain.) When you call them you will hear a Spanish recorded message. You need to ignore this message and wait for the pause, then say, "English Speaking."...

I live in Sotogrande and we are having terrible problems with slow telefonica ADSL (past 10days) and Telefonica tech support say its the whole of andalucia. My Spanish is rubbish so dont know what...
