I finally got my passport request. Found the coveted envelope in my mailbox yesterday. its been a painful 3 yrs of wait after applying at London .

I have not commited any Fraud. Moreover the results are sent from BRitish Council itself.It has thier telephone nos and address .The original certificate has all the details like date...
