I know that when she arrived, she was paying the card off. But things happened and it got hard for her, very hard. She doesn't have the money they are demanding and certainly not in the time frame....

how can she find out if it is enforceable? They are saying it is a civil debt, but there has been no CCJ as she has been here, no other court case relating to it. Just a letter saying it is from a...

The problem was that brother and sis in law were living apart while he supposedly got a job so she could join him. They broke up saturday and he doesn't want her to have the car. So, to spite her...
