Hi all, I have arrived in Townsville. I left England on 18/10/2010. Only got connected to the net 2 days ago......bloody Telstra, but that is a whole new thread.

I absolutely love it. The rain has been a bit tiresome, but I bought a tumble dryer this week and the weather is improving already.

I have visited the Strand and Riverway, anyone know of other places to go to chill with the family?

I got a job in the first week here and it is wonderful. Better than I could have gotten in the UK and more money to boot.

Mr Cro.....did you make it? How are things going?

Is there any news? Any really interesting threads while I was away?
