They never asked me anything formal at all. When I went to the first window the person never even asked me for court record for the careless driving and the interviewer only asked what I'd be doing...

Thanks. It says on the instructions for I864 that you don't need the USC's proff of residence if you filed i130.

Because I heard that to get a tax transcript you need to get it from the US?

It has all the information on it plus a summary page and IRS stamp.
